NeuroClutter is a device cleaning app whose sole function is to scan APK files, residual files, and temporary data on your device. App Functionality & Permissions
NeuroClutter only performs the following actions:

Identifies residual files
Identifies temporary data
To perform these tasks, the App requires file access permission.
This permission is used only to scan storage locations selected by the system or the user.

End User License Agreement (EULA)
13.1 License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NeuroClutter for personal, non-commercial device maintenance.
13.2 Restrictions
You may not:
Reverse engineer or modify the App
Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App
Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes
Interfere with App functionality
13.3 Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in NeuroClutter remain with the developer.
13.4 Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with all devices.
13.5 Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Data loss
Device issues
Indirect or consequential damages
Your sole remedy is to stop using and uninstall the App.
13.6 Termination
We may terminate your license if you violate this EULA.
You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App.
